How quickly will my order be delivered?

All products are shipped directly from our Dutch warehouse. If you order before 5:00 PM, your order is shipped today. The estimated delivery time within Europe is 3 to 5 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping applies within Europe for orders over €25.

For orders under €25, we charge a small shipping fee that is visible during checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is packed, you will automatically receive a track-and-trace that allows you to follow your package step by step.

Do you ship across Europe?

Yes. Orders across Europe are shipped from our Dutch warehouse.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day.

The estimated delivery time within Europe is 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping costs are the same as for other European destinations and are clearly shown during checkout.

How do I maintain the products?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 days to return unused products in their original condition. This way, you can try on, test, and compare without risk.

How does exchanging work at ProstecWear?

First, contact us via customer service. We will then send you a return label and exchange the item for you free of charge. You do not need to place a new order.

When will I receive the exchanged product?

As soon as we receive your return, we will immediately send the replacement item. You will automatically receive a track-and-trace as soon as the package is on its way.

Are there costs associated with exchanging or returning?

No. Exchanging or returning is completely free at ProstecWear. We take care of both the return label and the new shipment.

What if my product is defective or incorrect?

Contact us directly. In case of manufacturing defects or incorrectly delivered products, we will always resolve this free of charge. More information can be found in the warranty information on the product page.
