Exchanges and Returns at ProstecWear.nl

At Prostec, we strive for the highest customer satisfaction, and we understand that sometimes an item does not meet your expectations. That is why we offer a flexible exchange and return policy for all our customers.

Return conditions:

• You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt.
• The returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• Return shipments must be accompanied by all associated labels and accessories.

How to return an item:

1. Contact our customer service at klantenservice@prostecwear.nl to register your return shipment.
2. Fill out the return form and include it with your return shipment.
3. Make sure the product is well packaged to prevent damage during transport.
4. Send the package to the return address we provide you.

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process the refund. The refund will be made via the original payment method you used when placing your order. Please note that the processing time for the refund may take a few business days.

Exchanges:

If you want to exchange an item for another product or a different size, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you arrange the exchange.
